Shipping Policy

HARVESTING AND SHIPPING SEASON:    We start digging nursery stock in April when the snow has melted enough to work in the fields. We typically ship within 3 work days of digging, assuring our customers fresh nursery stock that has the best possible survival rate. if you want us to hold your plants becouse of weather, vacations etc. please email us. 

GENERAL SHIPPING POLICY:
Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or U.S. Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. To preview the shipping charges, enter the items you want to order into your shopping cart. When you're done, click on "save changes, go to check out." Enter your zip code, then click on "save changes, show new total." This will display all available shipping costs.

Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of US Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping. We also ship to A.P.O. addresses via US Priority Mail only.

Return Policy

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:1. There will be no refunds, exchanges or returns on live plants (bulbs, perennials, trees, ornamental bushes) due to your personal planting methods, environment and Mother Nature. We can only guarentee healthy plants sent when they leave our warehouse.
2. We cannot be responsible for your order, package damage or loss once it leaves our warehouse due to methods of shipping. You must purchase insurance if this is a concern of yours.

3. If you have received the wrong item we will refund you immediately or send you a new one if it is in stock at our expense.
