Douglas Fir-Deep Mountain also makes a fast, dense windbreak or privacy fence. The needles are dark green-blue/green, 1-1 1/2" longth, soft and radiant to the touch and has a sweet fragrance when crushed. Douglas fir Deep Mountain produces wonderfully decorative oval cones reaching 2-3" in length with feather like tips, great for wreath making and Holiday displays!
